Erich is an American with an important musical background in his country of origin. Since fall 2019 he has been the lead guitarist for New Country Rain, and founded Bluegrass Parkway in collaboration with Jean-Philippe.

Jean-Philippe has, since the 70s, formed several groups including the Bluegrassouillets, Capt'ain Bill Goody & the Tennessee Peanuts, Country Rain, and still plays with New Country Rain created more than 35 years ago.

Hans played with the Bluegrass Blossoms in the 70s, with Country Rain Bluegrass Band in the 80s, and later on with Country Daze, Doris Ackermann, Andy Martin, Straight Ahead, and finally with the Rodeo Ranchers. He joined Bluegrass Parkway in 2024.
