Swiss-made acoustic bluegrass music

As its name suggests, Bluegrass Parkway practices a form of country music called “bluegrass” which was created in the 1940s by combining earlier forms of traditional music played in the eastern United States. Bluegrass is mainly played on acoustic instruments.

The band

The group is made up of five musicians. Hans, Regula and Erich live in the greater Bern area, Christophe originally comes from La Chaux-de-Fond, and Jean-Philippe is a former Vevey resident now living in the Valais Chablais.

All these musicians have impressive musical backgrounds and play or played in other country groups as well.
